Why Are Your Tubs So Low in Price?
Danz are one of the largest internet based Hot Tub businesses in UK. Our internet presence allows us to sell to the whole nation with lower overheads than most of our showroom based competitors have selling just to their local regions. In turn, we can pass these savings onto you.
How Do We Pay?We can accept bank transfers, credit card and PayPal. Unfortunately, there is a 2% fee for all credit card and PayPal transactions.
Where Do You Deliver?
We can currently deliver anywhere in the UK and Ireland.
Can We Collect?
Sure! Our storage facility is over in Leicester. Give us a call to place an order before you visit us so we can provide you with the collection address.
Do You Offer Finance?

Can We Use Your Hot Tubs in Winter??
Yes, our Hot Tubs are designed to be used all year around. Infact, many of our customers have told us that winter is the best time to use them!
What Is the Typical Running Cost of a Spa?
A typical 5-7 seat Hot Tub running all year round will add approximately £25 to £35 a month to your electricity bill
Do the Hot Tubs Come with a Guarantee or Warranty?
Yes, we cover the shell on our hot tubs for 5 years, and we cover electrical and mechanical parts for two years. Our no hassle warranty covers the cost of both parts and labour.

What Sort of Plumbing Do I Need?
No plumbing is required. Our Hot Tub don't need a permanent water supply. They are simply filled up and drained with a hose pipe. However, you will need a suitable electrical supply for the Hot Tub. See below.
What Sort of Electrical Supply Do I Need?

How Do I prepare for a Hot Tub?
When your Hot Tub is full of both people and water, it's going to be extremely heavy! Therefore, we recommend you lay down a concrete base for the Hot Tub to sit on. Beyond this, you simply need an electrical supply in place.
What Chemicals Do I Need?
In short, you will need to order a chemical starter kit with your spa to get you going. This will include a sanitiser (Chlorine or Bromine) and a number of chemicals to help you maintain safe and clean water.
