Why are you tubs so cheap?
DanZ Home are an online business meaning we don’t have any showroom. Our overheads are very low allowing us to pass on huge savings to you!

Where can you deliver?
We can currently deliver anywhere in mainland UK!

Can we collect?
Collection are welcome however, any collections will need to be arranged in advance by calling us on 0115 714 9998. Collecting you spa will not reduce the waiting times for our products. Collections are only available one our Hot Tubs and Steam Rooms at present.

Will I need any plumbing for my Hot Tub?
No plumbing is required. There is no need for a permanent water supply however you will need a suitable electrical supply to the Hot Tub. Please see our Electrical Guide.

This is a big investment, how long will it last?
Our hot tubs are designed to last a lifetime and are covered under warranty for years! Click here to see our warranty agreement.

What electrical supply do I need?
The actual electrical requirements for Hot Tubs are listed on the product pages themselves. We recommend that you use a qualified electrician that provides a Part P Certificate. You will need this for your home insurance, and home information pack requirements. Please see our electrical guide for more information.

What must I do to prepare for the spa?
Our Hot Tubs require a concrete level base with a minimum depth of 75 mm. A level base is imperative as unlevelled bases may lead to faster wear and tear in the long run. See our hot tub preparation guide.

What is the running cost of a spa?
A typical 5 to 7 person Hot Tub running all year round will cost in the region of £17 to £25 per month for electricity and around £12 per month for water treatments.

Is maintaining the water difficult?
It can be more nerve racking than difficult for the first couple of weeks and then it is like riding a bike. Simply take a test strip, dip into the Hot tub and it will then tell you what needs adding, it doesn't take more than a few minutes each day.

What chemicals are needed to treat the water?
Hot Tub Water treatment comes in a number of forms: Physically through filtration and circulation, Chemically through Scale and Corrosion control and Biologically through disinfection and algae control. All of our Hot Tubs come with a water treatment guide.

How efficient are your Hot Tubs?
Our Hot Tubs are highly efficient. The spas are designed to contain the heat of the hot tub as much as possible. This is achieved through foaming, using the correct heat reflecting materials and other forms of insulation. This ensures the Hot Tub's heater doesn't have to work as hard resulting in less use of electricity. In addition our heaters have been designed to use as little energy as possible. Our heaters are much more powerful than the average heater. This means they don't need to be on or operate at full capacity as often. DanZ Home Hot Tubs also comes along with a Heat preservation cover which retains the heat of the tub even when it is not in use. The Insulated cover can hold the temperature of the water up to 38 degrees, even in cold weather.

What does the control panel actually control?
The control panel controls the Hot Tubs' surfing, Jacuzzi jets, the heater, the radio, and the LCD Lights.

How do you take payments?
We can accept bank transfers, cheques and bankers drafts and credit cards.
