How to Order

Ordering from DanZ Home is simple. If you’d like to order a spa, simply select ‘Buy’ and the product will be added to your shopping basket. If you're ordering a spa or a steam room shower, the delivery cost will be calculated when you click the shopping basket. All smaller products such as accessories and testing equipment have set delivery prices.

Payments
We currently accept payments by card, cheque, bank transfer. PLEASE NOTE: We only accept card payments through PayPal. To make a payment by bank transfer, or cheque please give us a call on the telephone number above.

Delivery Time
All of our hot tubs have differing delivery times. Please see the page of the hot tub you are interest in for information on its expected delivery date.

All smaller products will be delivered within 36 hours.

Delivery Cost
The cost of delivery will be worked out automatically in the shopping basking by working out the distance of your home from our warehouse in Nottingham. Smaller products such as accessories and testing equipment have set prices of delivery.

Collections
Should you wish to collect your hot tub order, simply select Collection as the delivery method when checking out. Unfortunately collection is only available on our Hot Tubs.

Collections must be arranged in advance by calling us on 0115 714 9998. Collecting your spa will not reduce the waiting time for the products.
