OUR HOT TUB WARRANTY

Our Hot Tubs are designed to last a lifetime. We take great pride in the quality of our products. We are often asked if our low prices reflect the quality of our product. We can proudly answer no! The quality of our products is fantastic and we want to make sure this is reflected in our extensive warranty package. As you will see below, our warranty competes with even the biggest multinational spa brands.

All DanZ Spas come along with the following warranty package as standard:

10 Year Shell Structure Warranty – Covers the spa shell against water loss for a period of 10 years.

5 Year Shell Surface Warranty – Covers the shell surface against cracks, peeling, delamination for a period of 5 years. This includes both the parts and on-site labour necessary to repair the spa should anything go wrong.

5 Year Cabinet/Skirting Warranty – The PVC skirting around your spa is covered under warranty for a period of 5 years.

2 Years Major Components Warranty – All of the spas major components (including all of the pumps, the control system, and the heater) are all covered under a two year parts and on-site labour warranty. You have peace of mind that if something does go wrong with your spa, one of our qualified engineers will be happy to visit you and resolve any problems on site. A small call out fee may apply.

2 Year Other Component Warranty – Smaller components such as LED Lights, Jets, Handles, etc, are all covered under a two year parts warranty.
